DRUMMOND ABC COKE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

for Tarrant High School Seniors

A one-time, need-based scholarship ranging from $2,500 - $10,000 will be awarded to a Tarrant High School senior or seniors who demonstrate academic achievement, school and community service, and financial need. The scholarship may be used for any accredited college or university.

Applicants for this scholarship must meet the following criteria:

1) Applicant must be a current Tarrant High School senior with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 at Tarrant High School.
2) Applicant must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit an Student Aid Index (SAI) score from the completed FAFSA.
3) Applicant must have demonstrated unmet financial need as verified by their high school or college.
4) Applicant must plan to attend an accredited college or university as a full-time student.
5) At the time of scholarship application completion, applicant should have applied for admission to the accredited college or university he/she plans to attend.

The following criteria is mandatory for renewal of this scholarship:

1) Student must keep a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale if the scholarship is divided into multiple payments.
2) Student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year.
3) Student must have demonstrated unmet financial need as verified by their college or university.
4) Student must be enrolled as a full-time student in good standing with the accredited college or university he/she plans to attend.

NOTE: Students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before applying for a WCF Scholarship. The Student Aid Index (SAI) score is used to determine recipients for scholarships that are based on financial need. An application submitted without an SAI score will not be considered.
